"[First they] Put in ear plugs which will simulate deafness or loss of hearing," said Richard Knerr, director of memory care for Mifflin Court. "After that, you put on glasses that are kind of taped up for loss of vision. Then I'll give you gloves to put on which will be for loss of dexterity and arthritis."
